on the 23rd of March2022, the Central Corentyne Chamber of Commerce held its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM), where a new executive body was elected to serve for the fiscal year 2022-23.
Elected members are as follows:
- Mr. Mohamed Raffik – President (CEO of Raffik & Sons Construction Inc)
- Mr. Imran Hamid – Vice President (Proprietor of Imran & Son, Imran & Daughters and the Family Store)
- Ms. Katherine Prasad – Secretary (Manager at Bobby & Son’s Boutique)
- Mr. Noel Sookhai – Treasurer (Operations Manager of M. Sookhai & Co.)
- Ms. Bibi Azeez – Assistant Secretary (Proprietor of Bibi’s Travel Service)
- Mr. Poonai Bhigroog – Assistant Treasurer (Proprietor of Poonai Pharmacy)
- Mr. Adrian Anamayah – Public Relations Officer (Attorney-at-Law of Anamayah Law Firm)
